We have set up our production facility to be just like a home kitchen in which, with imagination and strict adherence to the traditions, our master craftsmen work only with raw materials of the highest quality. The outcome? A “elementary” pastry-making that “turns out” a number of unique products, with an age-old flavor, that are just simply good.
What do we make? Not a lot, but it’s good…
- Traditional Panettone – slowly and naturally leavened (with our own sourdough), with raisins and candied fruits from the local area, filled with lemon cream of Sorrento.
- Panettone – slowly and naturally leavened (with sourdough), with chocolate drops and filled with lemon cream of Sorrento.
- Biscuits made with organic, natural-stone-ground flour and filled with delicate lemon, hazelnut, cocoa and cappuccino creams.
- Babàs dipped into our own Limoncello or in the traditional rum.
